If you’ve been following our blog, you’ll know that A.O. Construction has partnered with Jarrett Gordon Ford to build their new Lincoln dealership in Winter Haven. We’ve been working tirelessly since early this year on this exciting project, which involves building a 7,000-square-foot structure for the Lincoln dealership.
Previously, we’ve shared updates of our demolition and site work, and the early stages of construction such as the foundation. Now, we’re back with another update on our progress!
We’ve completed drywall in the delivery area, and we have two views of the area — one looking into the finance and sales manager offices and another looking into the lounge and service drop-off.
We’ve also finished drywall in the service drop-off and craftsman offices. Here and in the delivery area, the drywall is ready for paint and awaiting glass walls.
The exterior is shaping up nicely, and the north exterior ready for siding.
The manager’s office is also coming together, and is ready for paint and glass walls.
The “Black Label Room” is also ready for paint and glass walls.
The showroom is also awaiting glass exterior walls, which are slated to arrive July 8.
We’ve installed and wired electrical panels and a transformer, and they’re now ready to go.
The bathrooms are ready for tile, with installation set to begin shortly.
The ceilings in the service drop bay are almost finished, and only need clean up and a coat of paint, which we’ll be finishing soon.
Finally, we have the Ford Type II electric car chargers we’ve installed, which are already in use.
