Good news for all Lincoln lovers in Winter Haven: A.O. Construction is building your new Jarrett-Gordon Lincoln Dealership!
We’ve teamed up with Jarrett Gordon Ford to build the new dealership, which will be located at 3015 Lake Alfred Rd. in Winter Haven. Once finished, the new building will measure approximately 7,000 square feet. Let’s check out our progress on the project so far.
First, we demolished the existing building, which you can see in these pictures. We’ve also cut and removed the asphalt, and started site work for where the building is going to be constructed.
Here, you can see grading (stripped and proof rolled) that we’ve done in preparation for the building slab.
This picture shows us setting the form boards to form the new building pad.
Here you can see we’re hard at work (and loving it!) installing the plumbing underneath the slab.
Above, our crew pumps concrete to fill the column pad foundations.
This is the rebar we’re installing around the exterior footer. You can also see where the column pad foundations have been poured with concrete.
This photo shows our crew running the conduit for the electrical underneath the slab.
Here we are pouring the new concrete slab.
Here you can see the freshly poured slab. We’ve stubbed plumbing and electric through the slab and cut in the control joint. This will allow for expansion so the concrete does not crack.
These pictures show us constructing the block fire wall.
And finally, you can see the block wall next to the existing building.
We started construction on this project on January 1. It’s a big job, but we’re estimating we’ll have it finished this year, with completion and opening set for November. No matter how big the job or industry, we always deliver the highest quality of work and efficiency.
