Checking in with an extensive, ongoing construction project like the one A.O. Construction is working on for Jarret-Gordon Lincoln in Winter Haven is a bit like savoring a really good book: Each chapter beautifully builds on the previous one until you are able to see the full picture.
We teamed up with Jarrett Gordon Ford to build their new Lincoln dealership at 3015 Lake Alfred Road in Winter Haven. When we’re finished, the completed building will measure roughly 7,000 square feet.
We broke ground January 4 and brought you updates in February, March, May, and June, and we plan to wrap everything up by November or December of this year. In today’s update, we’re sharing another chapter of this project.
We’ve already come a long way on the exterior of the service drive.
The ceramic tile we installed on the walls really opens up the bathroom. We were able to rough in the plumbing during the ceramic floor tile installation.
The photo on the left shows the connection from the existing building to the new building. At right, you can see the connection between the two buildings with the exterior of the service drive in the foreground.
We’re working on installing the glass panes of this wall, as seen from both the exterior and interior of the building.
We’re also installing glass framing just inside what will be the front entrance. In addition, we’ve installed the ceiling, sprayed the insulation on the roof, and installed the frames for the aluminum storefront doors.
As the building’s character starts to emerge, the professionals here at A.O. Construction have proven once again that dedication and perseverance pay off.
