The project for AquCal, a leading company in the pool and spa industry, includes a two-story metal building with loading docks, warehouse space, multiple office spaces, and fun amenities for employees.
A lot has changed since our last AquaCal post in October. We’ve gone through several inspections, and we’re proud to say that all our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work were approved on November 9.
Despite the storm, framing passed inspections on November 11. Right now, we are working on hanging the drywall before moving on to the next steps. This project remains on track for completion in February 2023.
