We have an ongoing project with AquaCal at 2737 24th Street N. in St. Petersburg, Florida.
AquaCal is a leader in the pool and spa industry that produces a large variety of pool
components. Like A.O. Construction, AquaCal is committed to quality, so we’re making sure to provide them with a top-notch workspace so they can continue to thrive.
You got a first look at this construction back in July. The project includes a two-story metal building with loading docks and warehouse space on the first floor. The second floor is home to executive office space, a conference room, accounting and human resource offices, a call center, and some fun amenities for employees, including a gym and yoga room!
We shared our last update on the AquaCal construction in our Project Build Blog in late August. At that time, we were working on the stairwells and elevator shafts to allow easy navigation around this building.
Since then, we’ve moved on to the next phase of construction, which includes the interior framing of the structure. After this, our team will move on to all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the building.
The exterior of this building will be enclosed with metal sheeting. In our first Project Build Blog post for AquaCal, we projected that this project would be completed in February 2023. We’re moving along right on schedule and still expecting to make this early 2023 completion date.
