Take a peek at our latest project — AquaCal at 2737 24th Street N. in St. Petersburg, Florida.
AquaCal is a leader in the pool and spa industry that produces a large variety of pool
components. Like A.O. Construction, AquaCal is committed to quality, so we’re making sure to
provide them with a top-notch workspace so they can continue to thrive.
We are constructing a two-story metal structure between two already existing buildings. Loading
docks and warehouse space will make up most of the first floor, which will be used to store and
ship out AquaCal’s finished heat pump units.
The second floor will house office space, including executive offices, an executive conference
room, accounting offices, human resources offices, a call center for technical support, an
employee gym, and even a yoga room!
We are currently constructing masonry walls and the metal building system of this unit, but we
are excited to move forward in the process and continue putting this vision together. The face of
this establishment will be complete with metallic finish insulated panels.
We’re also building three hydraulic dock levelers, two interior stairwells, an exterior stairway, an
interior and exterior storefront, and new fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
We started this project in April 2022, and it is scheduled for completion by mid-February.
