Remember when the crew here at A.O. Construction finished overhauling the Grease Monkey in Winter Haven in March? Well, we just finished a remodel of a Grease Monkey sister store in Dundee at 629 Dundee Road. That location is also now open for business! Let’s take a look at some pictures of how everything turned out.
Here’s a peek at the exterior and main entrance that shows the service bays. The building received new paint, asphalt sealer, stenciling, tint on the storefront glass doors, and exterior lighting. The last picture also shows the entrance to the automatic car wash.
In the new reception and waiting area, we installed new flooring, fresh paint, custom-built cabinetry, new acoustical ceiling tile, new lighting, and new door slabs.
To give the bathroom an updated look, we installed new plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile flooring, new bathroom accessories, and gave it a fresh coat of paint.
This custom-built coffee bar cabinetry is just a one example of the many ways we can make your space perfectly suited to your needs.
The new epoxy floor, paint, LED light fixtures, and shelving give the service bay a more modern look.
We even refreshed the lower-level maintenance area with new paint and epoxy floors.
Here’s a closer look at the lower-level maintenance area, where we added retrofit LED lighting, new paint, and new wall fans.
In addition, we added a new mop sink, eyewash station, soap dispenser, and paper towel dispenser on that lower level.
The stenciling in the service area boasts their slogan. (It appears that A.O. Construction and Grease Monkey share the same work ethics!)
The building’s parking lot even got in on the makeover, complete with new asphalt sealant, parking lot stenciling, exterior paint, and exterior lighting.
