The A.O. Construction team has been busy meticulously working on the building for new Jarrett Gordon Lincoln dealership in Winter Haven, and every update is better than the last. We shared updates in February, March, May, June, and July, and now we’re back with another update as the 7,000-square-foot building starts to come together and really impress.
Let’s take a look at some of the latest pictures of our progress.
This area will house the AC condensers and also serve as an employee break area. The block wall will provide privacy for workers on break.
A comfortable front lobby will provide the perfect waiting space for customers. Now, our next step is to install ceramic tile on the concrete slab.
The granite feature wall will add a decorative touch to the interior. So far, we’ve installed the durock, and now we’ll be installing the granite specified by Lincoln.
The indoor vehicle display will let Jarrett Gordon Lincoln show off their vehicle offerings. We’ve built lights into the ceiling grid system and have blue tape up protecting them during construction. Next, we’ll be installing ceiling tiles
The mens bathroom is starting to come together. From here, we’ll install the toilet, sink, bathroom accessories, partitions, and ceiling tiles.
The front wall is nearly complete, and all that’s left is to install architectural panels on the top and bottom and install the front sidewalk.
The interior is looking great as everything comes together.
We broke ground on this project January 4 of this year, and we expect to finish sometime in November or December. Then, Jarrett Gordon Lincoln will be able to open its doors to the public.
