One of the areas we specialize in here at A.O. Construction is renovations/remodels. Our latest remodel is for Grease Monkey. This national chain provides oil changes and automotive repair, and they’re now opening locations in Central Florida, with three new locations acquired. They’ve brought in A.O. Construction to complete a remodel of one location in Winter Haven to bring it up to their standards. The project is focused on cosmetic work, such as new interior and exterior paint, new flooring, new bathroom fixtures and accessories, new lighting, and new signage.
Let’s take a look at how things looked before we got started.
Now here’s a look at the transformation.
We painted the ceiling and walls of the existing oil service bay. We’ve also put in an epoxy resisting floor. Next, we’ll be replacing the light fixtures with LED lights and adding in new shelving.
Here are some alternative angles of the service bay that show the work we did to repaint the bollards, handrail, and exterior dumpster enclosure.
On these views of the service bay, you can see the work we did painting the office wall. The next step will be to tile the office area and replace the bathroom fixtures.
This picture shows the exterior of the building with the new color scheme. The next step will be to change the exterior signage and lighting, and reseal and stripe the parking lot.
And finally, this picture shows off the painted car wash station.
We started this project approximately a week ago, and we’re one pace to finish this month.
