A.O. Construction is playing a role in updating one of Florida’s most iconic attractions, SeaWorld!
We are demolishing a pre-existing greenhouse on the property that was about 22,000-square-feet in size. Pictures 1, 3, 5 and 6 give you a glimpse of this process.
We’re getting rid of the greenhouse to make room for a 22,000-square-feet warehouse that will be used to store seasonal park decorations. We will also be cutting footers for the pre-engineered metal building foundation. This layout can be seen in photo 7.
This Whirlwind Steel Building construction will also have electrical, HVAC, and fire sprinkler subcontractors involved in the process, as well. With everyone working together, we estimate that this project will be completed in 90 days from its start date in August 2022.
