We are starting 2023 off strong by picking back up on a project with a returning client who we’ve developed a strong relationship with.
Caladesi Construction has contracted us to erect a pre-engineered building at the Tampa Dewatering Facility. You can read more about where we left off with this project last year in this Project Build Blog post from November.
As a reminder, this construction was being erected on the third story, which starts 39 feet above the ground.
Check out the photos above for the progress we’ve made on the roof installation.
The roof framing is completely done in photos 4 and 5. It was ready for the roof sheet installations.
Photos 2 and 7 show the roof sheets being installed, and photo 1 was taken from the ground to give you that point of view. The roof is now almost complete.
Our next step is to install the trim, which we expect to complete ahead of schedule this week.
