At A.O. Construction Services, we understand the importance of supporting Central Florida businesses, whether they are a small mom-and-pop operation or an international corporation.
One of our latest jobs is for Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), a nationwide company that makes and distributes packaging material worldwide. We started an interior buildout for them in mid-April that will involve:
- New framing, drywall, and paint
- New trim
- New doors and hardware
- New flooring
- New electrical receptacles
- New glass wall with door for the conference room
- New vanity for the bathroom
Let’s take a look at our progress on the project so far.
Let’s start with the new glass wall for the conference room. We installed a new header to support the wall, and also put in new ceramic tile flooring and new carpet, as well as a new coat of paint. Our next step here will be to install the vinyl base.

In the new postage room, we’ve built a drywall partition to separate it from an existing office, and next we’ll be installing new carpet.
In a new office, we’ve installed a new chair rail and baseboard, and next we’ll be removing the ceiling fan, installing the ceiling grid, painting the chair rail and baseboard, and installing new carpet.
Similar to the other office, we’ve put in a new chair rail and baseboard in this new one, and we have the same next steps here, minus removing the ceiling fan.
In the hallway, we’ve installed new ceramic tile, new paint, and new ceiling tiles. Here, our next step is to install the vinyl base.
