Truck Service Center Is Our Latest Jarrett Gordon Project

There’s no greater testament to the commitment and success of a company than repeat customers.

Earlier this year, A.O. Construction partnered with Jarrett Gordon Ford on a project to build a new Lincoln dealership in Winter Haven. Now, we’re excited to announce we’ve partnered with Jarrett Gordon Ford on yet another project to build a 22,000-square-foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in Davenport supplied by Nucor Building Systems.

The completed building will consist of 19 service bays, 3,000 square feet of interior buildout, and an upstairs structural steel mezzanine that will be used for parts storage. Once completed, it will be used as a heavy-duty truck service center.

We’re in the beginning phases of this project, and our first task is forming the slab. Let’s take a look at how things are shaping up.

The first step for the slab was to set the forms to pour the concrete. From here, we’ll be installing the rebar around the exterior footer, as well as the wire mat throughout the whole slab.

We’ve finished digging the interior footer for the slab.

Before pouring the slab, we roughed in the plumbing and electrical conduit underneath.

We also stubbed up the conduit from underneath the slab.

We broke ground on this project June 1, and we expect to finish by this December. The folks at Jarrett Gordon Ford know from experience that A.O. Construction provides the best construction services in Central Florida, and we’re proud to work with them again. Do you need a construction partner you can trust? Contact A.O.
