From warehouses to schools to spas and restaurants, A.O. Construction works on all types of commercial sites and we get the job done efficiently and effectively.
We are working on a pre-engineered metal building in Tampa for Stan Weaver, an HVAC manufacturer that also calls Florida home. The building is approximately 14,000 square feet.
For this latest project, we’ve teamed up with SEMCO Construction, a fellow construction company based out of Bartow. We love collaborating with other local leaders in the industry and building lasting relationships within our community.
We’ve included some photos to give you a peek at different parts of this latest project.
The following photos were taken March 7, when we unloaded the building off the semi-trucks and started laying out the components. This helped our crew prepare for the next step — erecting the building.
These three photos were taken March 9, when we started setting the building. We set the columns and used eave strut to hold them all together.
We’re moving on in this phase, continuing to set the columns. After that, we’ll start setting the roof and wall purlins. Looks like we’re off to a good start!
