From remodels to additions and more, if you need a project done in Central Florida, A.O. Construction Services is here for you. We recently started a remodel project for Universal Forest Products/Robbins Lumber’s facility in Tampa.
The 1,500-square-foot buildout involves removing the existing interior wall in order to double the size of the existing breakroom.
Let’s take a look at our progress on this project so far.
First up is the existing exterior wall we demolished. The second photo gives a great view of the reframing of the new header and roof joints and new exterior wall.
This is the new exterior wall with the T1-11 siding installed.
We’ve also framed the existing steel columns to be boxed out and are in the process of installing electrical conduit, HVAC in the roof, and batt insulation in the new walls.
Here is one of our crew members installing the new interior door.
In the new bathroom, we installed drywall and rough plumbing.
In the hallway leading to the shop area, we’ve put in new drywall, HVAC, and electrical.
In addition to installing and texturing the drywall, we’ve removed the title flooring in the existing breakroom and roughed in HVAC and electrical. Our next step will be to trim out the electrical, install the LVP flooring and acoustical ceiling, and paint.
The new exterior wall T1-11 looks impressive with its fresh coat of new paint and the new exterior doors installed.
The interior walls also received a new coat of paint. The next step in this area will be to install LVP flooring and acoustical ceiling.
