One of the many services we provide here at A.O. Construction are roofing services. When you need a new roof, we’ll send our trained and qualified staff to repair or replace your roof.
Recently, we headed out to Orlando to do a re-roof for R.S. Elliott Specialty Supply. The roof measures approximately 22,000 square feet, and consists of 24-gauge metal roof sheeting. The project involves removing the existing metal sheets, insulation, and trim. Then, we’ll install new 6” vinyl-backed insulation, 24-gauge metal sheets, monovents, and new trim (including gutters, downspouts, and rake trim).
Let’s take a look at some pictures of our work on this project.
First up are some pictures showing us removing the existing gutter, downspouts, and rake trim.
The first photo shows the bundles of new 24-gauge roof sheets prior to installation. The second shows them installed along with the trim on the canopy overhand.
These pictures show where the existing roof sheets meet the new sheets. Since this warehouse is still in operation while we work, we need to have it covered when we finish our work each day. We can only pull off as many sheets as we’ll be able to put back on that same day.
Here we can see the new roof sheets and a monovent that have been installed.
