Complete renovation of 20,000 sf sales floor, used car building as well as many “green” initiative items. Tucker self performed all building and parking lot concrete flatwork as well as the installation of the metal roof. The LEED components of this project was procurement of local materials, low flow plumbing fixtures, diverting >75% of waste from landfill, heat island effect: roof with low SRI, heat island effect: concrete paving, Low VOC paints, caulking, carpets and High Efficiency light fixtures.
