Take a look inside a project we recently finished: an interior buildout at Ridgecrest Church at 40230 US 27 in Davenport. The project is for SVN, a commercial real estate advisory company.
The photos above show a glimpse of our work as it progressed in chronological order.
We wanted to give the interior of this building a new feel, and doing that required a total renovation of everything from the concrete slab and electrical to the mechanical and plumbing. We then created new offices, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and even a new church area.
The ceiling was intentionally left open and painted black to provide the open, industrial look that we were going for. The exposed air conditioning duct further enhances this look.
Construction on this project began in March, and we were able to complete it in just a few short months. We’re proud of the communities we live in and serve. A.O. Construction provides full-service general contracting, construction management, and design/build construction to the Central Florida market. In addition to Davenport, we also serve many other communities, including Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Lakeland, Haines City, Auburndale, and Avon Park.
