The finish line is right around the corner for Winter Haven’s new Lincoln dealership.
In case you haven’t been following, A.O. Construction started a project back in January with Jarrett Gordon Lincoln to build a brand new Lincoln dealership in Winter Haven. We’ve shared plenty of updates of our progress over the past 10 months , and now we’re back with another update as we approach the home stretch. Let’s check out the latest developments!
Only a few finishing touches are left for the exterior, including the front elevation architectural panels we’re installing now.
The front entry to the vehicle display area is looking fantastic, and will look even better once we install the architectural panels, which is up next in this area.
We’ve finished up the architectural panels on the north side service drive.
At the south corner of the vehicle display area, we’re currently in progress with the architectural panels.
We’ve fully completed the interior of the vehicle display area and the Black Label Room with a warm, luxurious look.
The F&I and Sales Manager’s rooms are also ready to go with some great art of classic Lincoln cars.
We’ve also installed an R-Tank water detention system consisting of 28,000 cubic feet of storm water storage.
With the system in the ground, the next step was to cover it with fabric.
Now the R-Tank system is nearly complete and ready for backfill of .57 stone.
We broke ground on this project on January 4, and we’re on track to finish by December. This has been a huge project, and we’re so pleased to see everything coming together.
