At A.O. Construction, we prides ourselves on our top-tier work. Repeat customers like Florida Dermatology and Skin Cancer Centers prove that we’re not the only ones who value that quality. Earlier this year, we completed a new office for Florida Dermatology on Highland Park Boulevard in Lakeland, and now we’re excited to be working on a new office for them in Lakeland at 6743 U.S. 98 North.
This office will feature a new waiting room, reception area, bathrooms, four new exam rooms, a lab, a breakroom, and a new office.
We’ve shared a couple of updates with you so far, showing us doing demolition and partitioning the space. Now, we’re back with another update as the project progresses.
In the new ADA restroom, we’ve finished texturing and painting the walls. Here, our next steps will be to install the luxury vinyl plank flooring, bathroom fixtures, and bathroom accessories.
These exam rooms now have the walls painted and the ceiling grid installed. From here, we’ll be installing luxury vinyl plank flooring and the ceiling tiles, as well as trimming out the electrical and HVAC.
The main hallway boasts a fresh new coat of paint and framework for the ceiling grid. Next, we’ll be installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring and ceiling tile, installing the doors, and trimming out the electrical and HVAC.
For these exam rooms, we’ve also roughed in the plumbing for the sinks. The next steps here will be putting in the ceiling tiles and trimming out the electrical and HVAC.
To round things out, we have our water heater closet and mop sink, where we’ll be installing the fixtures and door shortly.
We began demolition for this project on August 1, and we’re on pace to finish by the end of this year.
