A.O. Construction is on a roll with our work for car dealerships, and now we’re back with update on our project with Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln. In case you haven’t been following our previous updates, this project entails building a 7,000-square-foot building that will serve as a new Lincoln dealership in Winter Haven. Let’s take a look at our latest progress!
The concrete flat work area in front of the building has been formed, the wire mesh has been installed, and the visqueen underlayment has been placed. From here, we’ll be pouring the concrete, and the exterior is ready to receive finish material.
The concrete service area in the rear of the building is also formed, with the visqueen installed. From here, the next step is to install the rebar and wire mesh mat in the footer. Then, we’ll be ready for concrete.
Another concrete flat work area at the entrance to the vehicle display area is formed and ready for concrete.
In the craftsman offices, we’re installing the ceramic tile, then we’ll be trimming out the electrical.
We first prepared the vehicle display area and the sales offices for ceramic tile installation.
We’ve now completed installing tile in the sales offices, and next we’ll be grouting the tile floor.
We’ve also finished installing and grouting the tile at the front entrance, the lounge area, and the vehicle display area.
We’ve removed a section of the existing parking lot , which will be the location for a new retention system. Larson’s Grading and Paving will be helping us with the installation of this new system.
