Craving pizza in Winter Haven? Then we have some good news for you: Upper Crust Pizza is a wrap!
A.O. Construction started this project to build a new artisanal pizza kitchen in Winter Haven back in January. We shared updates with you along the way in early February, late February, and April. Now, it’s finally time to see how everything turned out!
Let’s start at the exterior of the building, where we finished installing the new awnings and signage.
This angle of the exterior shows the outdoor seating area.
Just inside the front entrance of the building, we installed new acoustical ceilings, a knee wall counter area, new electric, new HVAC, and new VCT flooring.
The sales counter continues the restaurant’s signature color scheme, provides countertop organization, and provides ideal space for interactions with customers.
The colorful motif extends to the redesigned beverage station, which features cabinets below the soda machine for storage.

Here is a peek behind the scenes at the area behind the service counter.
Moving farther back into the kitchen, we can get a view of the kitchen equipment, including the all-important pizza oven.
The restaurant’s new ADA bathroom boasts new fixtures, new bathroom accessories, new VCT flooring, a new vinyl base, and a fresh coat of paint.
What pizza joint would be complete without music to munch to? We installed the TouchTunes kiosk, where customers will be able to queue up their favorite tunes to set the perfect atmosphere.
